Returns & Refunds

At Chaudhary Superstore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect against fraudulent claims and ensure smooth return handling, recording a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

  • You must record a video while opening the outer courier packaging and inspecting the contents.
  • Any claims regarding damaged, defective, broken, missing, or incorrect items will NOT be accepted without a valid unboxing video proof.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product (verified via unboxing video).
  • The request is initiated within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your package.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Unstitched fabrics or cosmetics if the original seal or packaging is broken.
  • Innerwear / Undergarments due to personal hygiene standards.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and the Unboxing Video.
  2. Once approved by our team, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Dispatch the package to our designated return address via any local courier service.

5. Refund & Replacement Methods

  • Replacement: We will dispatch a replacement item free of additional delivery charges if the fault was from our side.
  • Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, Chaudhary Superstore will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return/exchange is requested due to a change of mind or customer error, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
