Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Lahore & Nearby Areas: 1 to 2 working days.
  • Major Cities of Pakistan (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days.
  • Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: 3 to 5 working days.

Note: Deliveries may experience slight delays during public holidays, mega sales, or severe weather conditions.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
  • We occasionally offer Free Shipping on selected promotional products or minimum order limits.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment live.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the arrival of the courier rider.
  • Open delivery / checking contents before payment is not allowed by courier services. You must accept the package, pay the rider, and record an unboxing video for any return/exchange claims.
